If you are unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase.
If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please e-mail us at support@incredibundles.com and we'll remedy the situation.
If you'd like to return something, it must be unused, in the condition you received it in. It should also be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions. If it isn't in new condition you will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you'll be charged for return shipping. All merchandise must be returned via insured courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and all of the items originally included in the package must be included in the return and must be unused, unworn and in saleable condition. Individual items must not have been removed from their original manufacturer packaging.
If you received the item as a gift, you will be issued an IncrediBundles.com Gift Certificate. If you purchased the item directly, you may choose between an IncrediBundles.com Gift Certificate or a refund via the method of payment you used at the time of purchase. Regardless of whether you received the item as a gift or made the purchase directly, shipping costs on the original purchase are non-refundable.
